App: Animal Sounds
Futuromy operates the Animal Sounds mobile application for iOS and Android. This policy describes how we handle information when you use the app.
Contact: [email protected]
Animal Sounds is an app for exploring and playing animal sound and related media content. We do not require you to create an account in the app to use it. We do not use third-party advertising analytics SDKs in the app as described in the current public version of this policy.
The app may store small amounts of data locally on your phone or tablet, for example, preferences and flags such as whether you have already seen certain onboarding or paywall screens. This data stays on your device unless you delete the app or clear the app's storage using your system settings.
If you buy or manage a subscription or other in-app purchase, those transactions are processed by Apple (on iOS) or Google (on Android) according to their terms. We use RevenueCat to help the app understand your entitlements, for example, whether premium content is active, and to help restore purchases across app installs. RevenueCat may process a pseudonymous app user identifier and purchase-related data as part of this service. For more detail, see RevenueCat's privacy information.

We do not receive your full payment card number; payment credentials are handled by Apple or Google.
We do not ask you to sign in with email or password inside the app in the current version. We do not intentionally collect contact lists, precise location, photos, or contacts through Animal Sounds. If we add features that change this, we will update this policy and, where required, the app's disclosures and settings.
The app plays sounds and may use your device's audio and system capabilities, for example, to play audio in the background or manage playback. Microphone or other sensitive permissions, if present on a given build or store listing, are used only as needed for the described functionality. The app is intended for playback of content; it does not use the microphone to listen to you for advertising or to build a profile of you based on your voice. If a future version adds a feature that actually records from the microphone, we will update this policy and in-app disclosures.
We use the information above to:
We do not sell your personal information as "sale" is defined under applicable U.S. state laws (e.g. California), and we do not use your data for interest-based advertising in the app as currently implemented.
We may share data with service providers that help us operate the app, including:
These providers are bound by their own policies and our agreements with them, and they only receive what is needed for their services.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of users, or in connection with a business transfer, for example, a merger, subject to applicable law.
We may process and store information in countries where we or our service providers operate, including the United States and the European Economic Area, depending on your location and the platform. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to object to or limit certain processing. Subscription management and refunds for mobile purchases are primarily handled through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings, per Apple and Google policies.
To exercise privacy rights related to data we hold as a data controller, contact us at the email above. We may need to verify your request.
Animal Sounds may appeal to families. We do not knowingly direct marketing at children or use their data for behavioral advertising. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.
The app or our website may link to third-party sites or services, for example, support or documentation. This policy does not cover those services; please read their privacy policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version at the same web address and update the effective date above. If changes are material, we will take additional steps as required by law, for example, a notice in the app or store.
If you need to comply with CCPA/CPRA, VCDPA, CPA, CTDPA, etc., add short sections for categories collected, sale/share, and sensitive processing, and a "Do not sell or share / Limit use of sensitive" link if applicable. A qualified attorney should align this with your App Store Privacy Nutrition labels and actual SDK list.
This text is a practical draft based on the current app codebase. It is not legal advice. Have it reviewed for your company, your target countries (GDPR, UK, COPPA, etc.), and your final App Store Connect and Google Play data declarations. If you add cloud accounts, analytics, or ads, the policy must be updated to match.
